Maniac is the horror masterpiece of 2013, no questions asked. Elijah Wood gives his best performance ever as a seedy psychopath obsessed with mannequins. A remake of the 80's movie by the same name, Maniac takes a modern but also old-fashioned approach to the horror.
The POV-shots of Frank doing his dirty work were especially chilling and the ending is one that will haunt you for days afterward.
