It surely is a must watch. Although Noe tried to collect, catalog and show a series of messages that he wanted his fans to watch, messages that were not clearly explained in his masterpieces Irreversible and Enter the Void.
Truly shows what love and sex look like. But the choice to give such an opportunity to amateur actors was the worst decision he has ever made. A little pearl of the erotic and philosophical cinema, but his worst film nonetheless.
