My opinion, One of the best Disney Cartoons.
This was one of the last theatrical releases by Disney in the traditional Hand-drawn style. After This and Brother Bear (also a good flick) they went the way of CGI which. For the most part in my opinion. Seems to lose alot of style and character.
Animation is amazing! Backdrops are all done in Watercolor and look fantastic. Story is very touching and a little twisted, not the typical fare for Disney.
