Review of LBJ (2017) by Lincoln K — 07 Nov 2017
Once you get past the layers of prosthetic makeup to make him look like LBJ, Woody Harrelson delivers a strong performance in this biopic. The film focuses on LBJ's relationship with the Kennedys and the passage of the 1964 Civil Rights bill and ignores the Vietnam conflict that was eventually his undoing.
.. Still as a historical piece and a character study the film is a worthwhile viewing experience and Harrelson is quite good in it.
