The master is able to catch the beauty of everyday life in an outstanding poetry .He possessed what I call the art of making boredom entertaining poetic touching and ultimately brilliant.For this reason alone his movie is a must see even though the story at the core is what finally captive us by its universal humanity,and the discovering of the japan of the post war era.
Ozu made it again.
