Review of Lake of Fire (2006) by John Q — 25 Mar 2008
A monumental achievement. With vivid clarity, it presents what is still the most divisive argument facing america: pro life or pro choice. It wisely takes no sides, everyone in this movie is right, everyone in this movie is wrong.
It's terrific ammunition for the hypocrisy of religious freaks, they are far scarier than the topic itself, because their crusade is to prove the world that they are right and everyone else is wrong.
Tony Kaye must be a madman, the results are all there on the screen. The most ballsy documentary ever produced, because it's creation could only be possible through the lens of Tony Kaye. It took 15 years to complete, that's integrity by all means.
Bravo.
