Also written and directed by michael mann, the t.v movie that eventually was remade into the 1995 film heat,, but stands up well, very cheap,especially looking very 80s, but a engageing story, its only down fall being , heat came along 6 years later, with deniro and pacino,a big hollywoood production, which does make this look cheap and dated,.
