Review of Kuso (2017) by Ren Y — 25 May 2018
This film gave me heart palpitations in the best of ways. Maybe I'm used to this sort of art since I am a long time David Firth fan and he is the man who taught Flying Lotus to animate. You can see his involvement and strong influence.
Definitely a strange movie and not for everyone but I thoroughly enjoyed it. A movie hasn't made me this beautifully uncomfortable since The a Holy Mountain.
