Review of Kill List (2011) by Stephen M — 18 Mar 2012
Kill List has a gradual build, but its continual, unpredictable metamorphosis keeps you on edge while remaining tightly, even coldly, controlled, as it comes more and more unglued. What begins seeming like convincingly grim but ordinary Brit grit takes a nick-of-time circumnavigation into much more chilling terrain: Audiences inclined to go with it are in for a real experience.
