Splendid situational dramedy that honestly captures the murky property-n-broker nexus, the obsession with Indians to buy more land and for entertainment value, sports a tit-for-tat, give-them-as-they-like-it tone.
Fab dialogue (I, being from North India totally digged the howlariously real lines), good acting and a solid script. Real solid. This is what good basic content does to a movie. Absolute delight!
