Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Christopher L — 06 Apr 2012
It may start out a bit slow for some, but the ultimate beauty of the story is Jiro's simple but disciplined life. His dedication to his craft and looking to each and every day as a challenge to be even better than the last, never accepting anything less than perfection.
In sharing his knowledge for free if you're willing to make the 10 year commitment as an apprentice, to truly grasp his patience of creating the purest of sushi. Really a great little film, that will not only leave you hungry for some choice sushi, but a little wiser too.
