Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Joshua M — 17 May 2012
It seems odd that I would enjoy any movie with so narrow a focus, yet "Jiro" was one of the few movies to leave me with a smile on my face. It's one of the more beautiful documentaries in terms of photography, and constructed in a way that like sushi, all the simple pieces come together for something delightful.
