Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! A gem of a movie! Kristin Scott Thomas gives a top notch performance and easily puts the viewer in the shoes of her character. The supporting cast is excellent especially the earnest and adorable sister played by Else Zylberstein.
The screenplay superbly unwinds the past. Kudos to Philippe Claudel for great story-telling and some sublime cinema.
