Review of In My Country (2004) by Danielle H — 14 Aug 2007
This is based on one of my favourite books, so I guess no film could live up to it. The fact that it had to have an American as a main character was irritating. Juliette Binoche doesn't quite get the Afrikaans accent right, but she does do quite a good job otherwise.
The film was a bit simplistic.
