Eye-opening doc about how Corporate America has exploited the "frivolous lawsuit" bogeyman to convince everyone that tort reform was the cure to all of the nation's economic ills, resulting in a legal system in which it is virtually impossible for common people to seriously punish corporations for their malfeasance and negligence.
Gives you a whole new outlook on the infamous hot coffee case, too, not to mention the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
