Review of Honeymoon (2014) by David L — 20 Dec 2014
The first third is tense for no reason. An intriguing setup evokes strong performances from Leslie & Treadway in the middle act. The husband's efforts to unravel the mystery particularly believable, powerful, clever, and evocative.
The tale as a whole and the ending make sense although some may ask for more of a payoff in the finale...I think the film stopped where it should.
