One of the better catches of my summer film festival visit. 2.5 hours of fascinating history rolling in front of my eyes: religion, hatred, intrigue, royals, murder, madness, mayhem, indecency, honesty, rape, politics, rivalry, chivalry and everything in between.
Never a dull moment in the Royal Court of France!
