Not only is it the ninth film in the franchise it was made without Clive Barker's blessing (He wrote 'This is no child of my' on tweeter) and they offered Bradly shit for pay, so he passed.
Because this is the ninth movie and the lack of Bradly's appearence, the mysticism that surrounds the Cenobites is completly dead, which greatly effects the atmosphere of the movie. So now it's up to the actors and I already forgot about them.
