Review of Headspace (2005) by Jason D — 02 May 2008
Effective and really creepy film about a young man whose traumatic childhood leads him to have terrible nightmares that eventually manifest themselves into some pretty fucking scary creatures that tear the shit out of people he knows.
There is also other parts that focus on his fractured family, a mysterious fellow chess player and an assortment of ensemble characters (many of whom are cult icons) and other various plot points that just gets weirder and weirder as it reaches the end.
Enjoyable but I recommend it for those with patience.
