Review of Ghosts of Cité Soleil (2006) by Rags M — 30 Nov 2007
An intriguing and eye opening documentary about one of the biggest slums in the northern hemisphere. The characters are colorful and also full of themselves. Unfortunately, the story is all over the place and the film does not have a coherent visual and narrative style.
This makes it so hard to follow. That said, I still liked the film.
