I love this movie. Jack Benny is a great actor in this movie. Basically he moves from the city to this old run down house his wife buys without telling him and they have nothing but trouble (like falling through ceilings and having to drive through the woods to get home cuz their neighbor won't let them use the road).

then it turns out george washington stayed in the house at one point.
