Wesley Snipes acting was superb, as usual. The film maker's attempt to utilize drab scenery, so-called "special effect", and lack of linear movement result in a single star.
Along with the above mentioned failures, add the Ramboesque unlimited ammunition in the weapons.
All in all, a fantastic failure of fantastic legends.
But not you, Wesley. You are epic.
