Is it just me or does Chow Yun-Fat get horribly disfigured in every movie? This movie is unlike Chow's collaborations with John Woo in that it isn't poignant, it's just pure action and cheese (there's even a training montage! With a Hong Kong power ballad!).
When you're out of Woo, Ringo Lam is a good alternative.
