This is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Not a wasted moment in this brilliant story of love and sacrifice. Can't wait to get the dvd and watch it again!

It is a touching story of an emotionally damaged child who remains tortured into his adulthood. The great love story here is between a boy who witnessed the murder and rape of his family, and the man who saved him and became his surrogate "everything" until his dying moment.

The beautiful scenery in Greece is a highlight as are the supporting players. Lovingly crafted, acted and directed this is a gem.
