As you'll hear in the film, the point about a piece of wood is not that it can burn, but that it can float. Life can heat us, if we let it. Here is a film about ordinary Holocaust survivors, ordinary that you probably can't tell what they may have endured or even tell them apart in public, ordinary people with extraordinarily haunting pasts.
