French Chainsaw Massacre (actually a circular saw, an axe, a pair of scissors and various firearms). Old school horror with plentiful gore and political subtext. Well shot and performed รข?? yes, it is somewhat derivative, but it makes good use of its ingredients.
Would make an excellent double bill with the recent Mum & Dad. Horror fans are unlikely to be disappointed.
