As Forrest waits for his bus he tells the incredible marvelous story of his life which starts when he was a boy and had braces on his legs to meeting Elvis, becoming a college football star, meeting John F Kennedy, getting in the army and fighting at Vietnam, to becoming a shrimping boat captain and falling in love with a girl he became friends with when they were little.
This is one of the greatest movies of all time and one of many of Tom Hanks best performances. This movie has touched the hearts of many people and the triumphant life of Forrest inspires us all. This movie also has an awesome soundtrack with many great songs.
This movie to me is an instant classic and one of the greatest movies of all time.
