Review of Forrest Gump (1994) by Mayurakshi D — 06 Jul 2018
A heart warming classic with Tom Hanks at his primo. While the opinion remains divided over its Oscar win, I absolutely loved this movie. Jenny's character was not one I found running the entire country over, but the depiction, the soundtrack, the cinematography and the special effects (usage of historical characters) make this movie a magical ride.
Forrest Gump is a brilliant story on optimism and idealism and it will remain a classic for many years to come.
