Review of Fido (2006) by Joaquin L — 04 Mar 2012
A fantastic "what-if?" period piece set in the 50s, taking over where the original Night of the Living Dead leaves off, only now, zombies have been domesticated. Rich colors, period cars and great hair even silhouetted murder scenes keeps this wild world just believable enough to be entertaining.
Carrie-Anne Moss (from the Matrix) gets to show some fantastic acting, as a picture-perfect 50s mom. Good acting from (then) child star, Kesun Loder and the irrepressible Billy Connolly - almost totally unrecognizable as Fido the zombie, make this a movie worth watching.
