Review of Fahrenheit 451 (1966) by David W — 11 Feb 2008
François Truffaut's wonderful adaptation of Ray Bradbury's prescient novel about a totalitarian society in which society rejects -- and burns -- books in favor of watching drivel on big screen TVs.
The film looks great and provides lots of Big Issues to think about, and Julie Christie shines in dual roles.
