Now I know most people will not find a romantic movie for the elderly exactly the most exciting thing to watch, but I recommend giving this movie a try. The stars in this movie, Shirley MacLaine and Christopher Plummer, elevate this movie to a must see in my book.
They don't disappoint either. It is a treat to see these actors given another platform to show off their immeasurable talent. Some bits of the movie are a bit schmaltzy (the water fountain scene in particular), but otherwise a great movie.
