This new adaptation of "Dumbo" has amazing effects, but doesn't draw out the emotional connection between Dumbo and his mother. The first movie would have you dripping in tears during the "Baby Mine" scene, but this 2019 production didn't draw out the connection between him and his mother.
Otherwise, Dumbo 2019 was put together very well.
