Another love story with triangles all over the place. There is two stories linked. Rahuls and Pooja's.

We have the main male character Rahul (SrK) as a famous performer/singer. He has a group that he works with. His best friend Nisha (Karishma K) is his female lead co-dancer and she is also secretly in love with him.

Then the main female character Pooja (Madhuri Dixit) , who is a traditional Indian girl. She also has a best friend Ajay (Akshay K) who is in love with her.

Under certain circumstances Rahul and Pooja end up meeting and Rahul ends up replacing Nisha with Pooja and their slowly falling in love with each other. But before they realise, Ajay proposes to Pooja and she accepts...
