You can tell that Francis Ford Coppola is immensely talented and immensely warped. Like, it shines through brighter than a gigantic halogen.
The movie does, however, suffer from its date...in more ways than one. The shine of the film is not enough to cut through this entirely, but it is still very enjoyable.
