Review of Daydream Nation (2011) by Ioanna M — 28 May 2011

Best movie about being a teenage girl! A compelling mix of humor, drama, and beauty. It's not realistic, per se -- in fact, it's very surreal and bizarre -- but somehow it captures the feeling of what it's like to be young and arrogant and out of control.

Every once in awhile you can tell they had a small budget, but for me that didn't detract from my enjoyment. Boys should be warned about these kinds of girls, they are trouble in the best way.
