Review of Dancing at Lughnasa (1998) by Private U — 20 Feb 2008
Kind of depressing, but I really liked it. it's set in Ireland in the 1930s and it reminds you of how difficult life surely must have been not all that long ago and how families really could pull through pretty much anything as long as they loved each other and worked together.
(i know, kind of sappy -- but it was a good movie!).
