You have to keep in mind that it supposed to be stupid. It does have some really funny parts in it. And Kel Mitchell plays a few parts in this one. He literally slaps people into next week, among other things.
It's not that he actually does dance fu. It's that he needs music to dance and that is the only time he is actually quardinated enough to not get his butt kicked.
