Review of Cure (1997) by Robert H — 05 Jul 2007
This is sadly compared to American films on the DVD box and hack reviewers. Laziness, I suppose.
Anyway, film quality is gritty. It's not clean like so many stylized serial killer/detective/psychological thrillers films. The grittiness of film is similar of low budget classics of late 70's and early 80's like Maniac and Driller Killer.
The music in the beginning juxtapose the film. Something you would expect to hear in children tv show or cornball commercial.
