Review of Cub (2014) by Daniel S — 14 Dec 2015

Overall effective horror/thriller, not perfect but not bad for a film debut, it does build tension and move fast and is never boring, I will say though that this cub scout troop has to be the worst ever, the scouts and leaders are all pretty clueless and just not good people, no one is that likable, also I get the ending and am fine with it, but looking back I don't know how logistically possible it was for that to have gone down, there's also some things that they definitely should have explained more, and there's some plot points that they don't even conclude they just leave hanging, but oh well I think the director does have skill and hopefully with a better script next time can do a better job.
