Review of Copperhead (2013) by Rob M — 16 Jun 2013
A wonderful movie, set in upstate New York at the time of the Civil War, but not a civil war movie. If you want to see battlefields, this is not the one for you. Adam and I were fortunate to be among the first folks to see the movie when it was tested in a few places on the east coast.
Tale of the families left behind, personal value systems that direct all things in life, peacemaking above and beyond war-making. Wonderful acting, settings, lighting and all things behind the scenes with no CGA, exploding buildings, demolished cities or zombies.
Come back to the movies for this one!
