This is a very sweet and poignant coming-of-age story told well. Superb acting from the very authentic teenagers and the always memorable, Chris Cooper. Funny, insightful, and so tender in its depiction of the many coming-to-terms challenges of adolescence.
How refreshing to see a movie like this for a change.
