I loved this movie!!! It's beautifully made and acted. It captures the pathos of French villagers doing the best they can to flee the on-coming German Blitzkrieg. The lead characters are attractive people that you're rooting for.
The father's love for his young son makes all the madness bearable. It's an inspiring story of beating the odds.
