This is a Netflix original film and it does have some twists because when you think you have it solved something happens that makes you doubt your suspicion. I cannot reveal anymore without disclosing the surprise but I found it was a good film.
Vinessa Shaw plays Dr. Mathis, a psychiatrist that suffers an attack by a patient and she tries to put her life back together as she resumes her practice. Overall it was a good film and you can stream it immediately on Netflix.
