Review of Clinical (2017) by David S — 30 Jan 2017
I went into this with absolutely 0 knowledge of it or expectations. I'll start with the couple negatives. It feels very long, it is a slow burner that takes at least an hour to get rolling. The camera work and sound effects also aren't very good, but that could be because of budget.
The girl who played Norah (India Eisley) was pretty creepy I must say. Good job by her. After this film got rolling I was glued. I didn't see any of the plot twists coming and it paid off big time because the writing in the first 60 minutes is a little rough.
The pay off was great, I was sitting here yelling "WHAT THE HELL?!" It genuinely threw me off and didn't see it coming. I was pleasantly surprised by Clinical, hardcore horror/phychological thriller fans I think would like this one.
