I know I would have hated this movie growing up. This is the honest-to-God most romantic movie I've ever seen. I'm not even sure when I started liking movies like this, but Cinema Paradiso is just wonderful.
Beautiful, moving, honest, and with one of the best kisses in cinematic history. If you're not moved to tears by the end, you'll force yourself to it just to prove you've fallen in love before.
From beginning to end, absolutely perfect.
