Former cop returns home to discover the old neighbourhood has been taken over by a corrupt businessman and his hired goons. Takes a page straight from WALKING TALL and delivers overall, although final scene with arch-nemesis Sommers was somewhat anti-climatic.
My favourite Cynthia Rothrock film by a good margin.
