Very Sholay-ish. There's this set of a village in China à la Ramgarh and Sidhu brought in from India by the villagers to fight Hojo, as Veeru and Jay were recruited by Thakur to fight Gabbar. Similarly Sidhu cowardly tries to escape as Veeru and Jay did, but are then moved and thereby motivated to stay, train, battle and despite the odds come out victorious in the end.
The female lead in a double role is mostly part of a side plot.
