In this movie Carrot Top becomes Chairman of the BOARD of a company but also rides a surf BOARD. I have capitalized these words to emphasize their hilariousness. As the love interest, Courtney Thorne-Smith was Oscar-nominated for believably acting like she was attracted to Carrot Top.
