Review of Chained (2012) by Brian K — 19 Jun 2014
This is a visceral and engaging piece of film making from Jennifer Lynch. Disturbing and emotional it draws you in from first scene to last. In my opinion this will be among some of the upper echelon of horror/psychological thriller movies I have watched in a very long time.
On par with The Girl Next Door and Henry Portrait of a Serial Killer, Chained is a must see for any fan of either of those. Vincent D'Onofrio's portrayal of Bob is both chilling and believable.
Evan Bird gives a heart wrenching performance as Rabbit and I hope to see him in further roles.
