You know a movie stinks when it allows you to cast something like "I Know What You Dis Last Summer" in a good light. Even by the standards of teen-horror movie, this movie does not have a very interesting plot or characters on either side of the law with any personality.

I watched the unrated version so I did get a couple of nice decap and chain motivated killing scenes but this one went straight to video for a reason. Bet Dourif wishes someone can do a meaningful Childs Play revival.
